Water is obviously amazing for you, it detoxes our body naturally and can give our skin a huge boost, but fresh juices can also make a major impact. Most fruits and vegetables are made primarily of water. All those added nutrients, vitamins and powerful antioxidants, gives your body exactly what it needs to help boost your immune system and stay healthy! Staying hydrated is absolutely key.

I’ve learned that no matter what beauty product you use, having and maintaining clear skin starts from within. If you want a healthy glow that lasts, you have to make healthier changes to your diet, add more fruits and veggies, and stay hydrated. Juice is great for boosting your hydration and giving more antioxidants, nutrients and vitamins than you can get from water alone. Not to mention the fact that it can be delicious with the right recipes.

I have been living for my delicious and healthy green juices and smoothies! So today I’m sharing my go to green juice recipe for weight loss & radiant, glowing skin. The main ingredient in this green juice recipe is celery and cucumber. This is my favorite juice for glowing skin! Both of these ingredients are very water-dense and super hydrating.

You can shop my juicer and a few other great juicers below. You can also, make juice in a high-powered blender and then strain the pulp, but I find that it’s easier to just get a juicer. I tried the blender method and it was just too much work! I bought this one from Amazon for about $70 and it’s absolutely incredible!
